Yes, you may have multiple forms on the same page.
NOTE: A bug was introduced with the release of ACF version 5.11 that causes validation issues when using multiple forms, each with a required field, on the same page. ACF is currently triggering the validation on both forms. There is a GitHub issue on the ACF Pro GitHub repository that we are waiting on.
