What to do when there are JavaScript errors affecting a form

Created by Phil Kurth, Modified on Thu, 23 Jun, 2022 at 4:16 PM by Phil Kurth

More often than not, JavaScript errors that affect a form are caused by a third party plugin. Sometimes this takes the form of optimisation plugins removing or optimising scripts, other times there are issues with plugins affecting the loading of scripts.

The approach necessary to determine where the incompatibility lies is to deactivate other plugins, one by one, testing the form between each deactivation.

If you find a compatibility issue, please let us know by opening a support ticket and sending as some detail regarding your set up and what you are seeing.
